It’s about learning how strengths actually show up – at work, in relationships, and under stress.

Over six weeks, you’ll be invited to:

  • Notice your strengths in everyday moments

  • Understand how strengths behave under pressure

  • Explore overuse, underuse, and balance without judgment

  • Translate strengths differences in relationships and teams

  • Practice using one strength on purpose – in a way that fits your real life

No expectation to keep up.
